Financial Analysis & Measuring Business Performance (14 Hours) Consider how management decisions translate into value for shareholders. Learn a systematic approach for analyzing financial statements and evaluating the impact on profitability of a wide range of strategic decisions. Leading High Performance Teams (14 Hours) Be an effective leader. Know how to generate group cohesiveness, company loyalty and mutual respect and support. Develop new insights on what it takes to lead others successfully. Performance Management and Control: Creating a Culture of Planning, Execution, and Accountability (14 Hours) Deliver ideas that will help you promote better systems, challenge ineffective or inefficient metrics and create a lean measurement culture. Develop proven measurement techniques to address cost-benefits issues. Strategic Decision Making (14 Hours) Acquire a framework for analyzing decision problems by breaking them into manageable parts. Examine tools and methods available for structuring and modeling decisions and alternatives.
