UNIVERSITY OF UTAH EXECUTIVE MBA: INVEST IN TALENT. REAP THE BENEFITS.

Supporting a University of Utah MBA student is one of the best investments you can make, both for your employee and your organization. Through the Executive MBA program, your employee will develop advanced skills and gain new insights that will immediately benefit your organization.

SPONSORSHIP ACTIONS

Your company can support an employee’s path through the University of Utah’s Executive MBA program in two ways.

Time sponsorship (Required)

As part of the application process, the EMBA applicant’s direct supervisor must supply a recommendation letter and nomination form indicating support of the employee’s participation in the program. The letter, submitted on company letterhead, must state that your organization approves of the program’s time commitment and excuses your employee to attend class on designated dates.

Financial sponsorship (Optional)

While the EMBA program encourages organizations to consider financial sponsorship — and many do — it is not a requirement for admission. If your company plans to provide full or partial financial sponsorship to your employee, please indicate it in your recommendation letter.
