PERSONAL Born: Kenneth Alexander Pia on Feb. 9, 1995. Family: Parents Ken and Deb, brother Erik (1999) and sister Jessica (1999). His father played tennis and his mother played volleyball, both in college. His grandfather qualified for the 1960 Olympic fencing team. Hobbies/Interests: Basketball, Spanish, golf, fishing. Admires: LeBron James because “everyone doubted him and he proved them wrong.”
CLUB/HIGH SCHOOL HIGHLIGHTS 2012 Nominated for High School All-American honors. 2011 - With his club team, placed third at the AAU Championships in Orlando, Fla., and won the silver bracket at the East Coast Championships. 2008 - Began playing club for Balboa Bay.
