There are chocolate, wine and spirit matching master classes inspired by the famous chocolatier Laurent Gerbaud, who has created and produced a luxurious range of chocolates designed to be eaten with red and white wines as well as whiskey, spiced rum and mulled wine. Learn about the fascinating history of chocolate and indulge in the culinary art of making delicious chocolate truffles by hand from raw ingredients at a special Chocolate Delight workshop. You can even immortalise yourself in chocolate in a chocolate portrait painting session, using melted milk, dark and white chocolate. The hotel has 13 chocolaty rooms consisting of 2 scrumptious suites, 6 delicious doubles, 4 tantalising twins and the sweetest single you will ever see! Each room is slightly different in size and shape. Some have showers, some have baths, some have and each comes with its own complimentary selection of divine handmade chocolates. You can even indulge yourself while watching chocolate themed videos such as Chocolat or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in the provided DVD players in suites. You will cut, roll, dip and decorate your creations as well as learning how to temper chocolate, before packaging your hand made truffles, ready to take home.
