The Redlands MBA links theory and practical application of 21st century skills to produce leaders to positively impact business and society MBA candidates will develop competencies in the areas of integrated problem solving, ethical decision-making, and business analytics Throughout the program, candidates will sharpen their analytical and persuasive skills, and deepen their ability to work both collaboratively and entrepreneurially Graduates of the program will contribute to society and organizations through an enhanced perspective, recognize the global and environment dimensions of business, and achieve a true understanding of the diversity of business, organizations, and people

Today’s businesses and organizations have multifaceted and immersive relationships with stakeholders from all walks of life, including employees, customers, partners, communities, and more With interactive assignments and hands-on application of knowledge, you will be equipped with critical 21st century business skills to be a catalyst for change and to lead with purpose.

Our Master of Science in Organization Leadership program combines management and leadership theory with hands-on application to prepare you to:

Utilize principles, theories, and methods of leadership and management to address issues related to organizational effectiveness Assess, practice, and apply managerial and leadership skills to positively impact businesses, organizations, and society

Integrate ethical concepts, principles, and theories in management and learn the role of ethical behavior as a cornerstone to leadership effectiveness and societal contribution

Bachelor of Science in Business Completion Program

The Bachelor of Science in Business completion program is designed for individuals who have started, but not completed, a 4-year undergraduate degree By assessing academic credits previously earned, you'll have the opportunity to complete your bachelor's degree in as few as 3 years

Our Bachelor of Science in Business completion program goes beyond traditional administration and management degrees Our program blends business knowledge with advanced critical-thinking skills to prepare you to:

Apply analytical skills and quantitative methods to enhance business outcomes

Utilize spatial, ethical, and global perspectives in business decision-making

Understand the functions of operations, marketing, information systems, GIS, and quality control in a business environment
