Where has your search for health taken you? For my whole life, I’ve been lucky enough to eat whatever I want, whenever I want and not gain weight. However, I used to get sick like once a month for years, and it drove me crazy. So in 2006, I hired my friend as a personal trainer and started hitting the gym. It was the best thing I ever did. And, ten years later, I still treat going to the gym as being as necessary as taking a shower. In the past few years, my girlfriend and I have been exploring vegetarian and vegan cuisine heavily, which has made a huge difference in how we both feel. You know in your gut what’s right or wrong, so follow your instincts. ’s the meaning of a moral order for the world? A moral order for our planet would consist of everyone having equal access to food, water, shelter, clothing and necessities for life. My personal belief is that we’re all equal, and anything less than true equality for all isn’t the world we’re meant to be living in. Continued on Page 69
