Overview: Junior blocker from Hendersonville who came on strong at the end of last season and should push for AllConference and All-Region honors in 2012...named to Big South All-Tournament team...two-sport athlete at UNC Asheville as she is a high jumper on the Bulldogs’ track and field team. 2011: Enjoyed an excellent season and led Bulldogs in hitting percentage (.314)...fourth on team in kills (2.24 per set)...second in blocks at (0.70)...only player on UNC Asheville to have more than 20 kills in one match when she recorded 24 and hit. 460 in late-season match vs. Liberty (11-12)...registered 15 kills and hit .650 during Big South Tournament match vs. Campbell (11-17)...finished the season vs. Liberty in semifinals of tournament with 11 kills and hit .429 (11-18)...earned spot on Comfort Suites Invitational All-Tournament team at Chattanooga as she posted 14 kills vs. Chattanooga, plus nine kills and six blocks vs. Tennessee Tech (9-9-10)...had 12 kills with three blocks vs. Winthrop (10-8) and knocked down 14 kills later in the season against the Eagles (11-4)...had nine kills with no errors vs.Western Carolina (10-4)...registered six blocks during home victory over Presbyterian College (10-7)...posted 16 kills with three blocks vs. Gardner-Webb (9-3). 2010: Second on team in blocks with 0.88 per game average...led Bulldogs in total blocks with 79...fourth on club in kills (1.24) and attack percentage (.229)...posted careerbest 10 blocks with eight kills in road victory at Radford (10-1)...registered 11 kills in 21 swings in home victory over eventual Big South champion High Point (10-29)...had seven blocks in road win at Western Carolina (9-18)...garnered three service aces at Mercer (9-28).

Before UNC Asheville: Helped lead West Henderson program to 106-4 overall record during her career...led team in blocks all four of her years playing...earned allconference honors as sophomore, junior and senior...made the All-Region team her final three years at West...played for legendary coach Jan Stanley...helped Falcons win state championship as a junior and advance to state title game as a freshman and senior...helped lead club team to third-place finish in AAU tournament at Orlando...was the state high jump champion her junior year...was the regional champion in the long jump as a sophomore and junior.
