Partner with us. The UNC Clean Tech Summit convenes more than 1,000 students, business professionals, policy members, and academics for two days of engagement to foster leadership and growth in the Southeast’s clean tech economy.

"Innovating to a Clean Economy" The event is in partnership with the Institute for the Environment and the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The 7th Annual Clean Tech Summit will be held at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill, N.C. and feature: Global Speakers: This year’s keynote speakers and panelists will include international and regional professionals who will share perspectives about industry trends and career paths within the clean tech economy. Engaging Topics: AgTech, energy storage, entrepreneurship, circular economy, smart building, renewable energy, coastal resiliency and more. Workshops for maximum audience engagement. Career Fair: The 2020 Summit will include the second annual clean tech career fair on Friday, Feb. 21 from 3 to 5 p.m. The fair will feature onsite talent acquisition professionals from a range of companies with internships, future job positions, and in-person networking opportunities. This event also will feature a ‘resume roundup’ to help registered students from all universities polish the presentation of their skillset. Companies will be able to sign up online for free. Mentorship: The Summit provides industry leaders and students with 1:1 opportunities to connect and establish mentor relationships. We select keynote speakers who often provide small group discussions with students to ‘get real’ about career experiences and to answer any questions they may have. This has proven to be incredibly valuable to both executives and students.
