Vinyasa Flow co-ordinates the external movements of the body with the internal movements of breathing. This style of yoga is like a dance in which the breath is our partner and where our own natural flexibility, power, balance, attention, creativity and playfulness are discovered and developed. As a result the body and mind become healthy, light and strong and we relax into clarity and focus. Be prepared to move and sweat in this early morning yoga workout.
