news &views I Was Noticed The I Was Noticed program, a long standing program sponsored by the C2X Employee Engagement Team, provides opportunities for patients, family members, and staff to recognize UMMC staff who are doing something great.I Was Noticed cards are located throughout the Medical Center and they can both be placed in an I Was Noticed box or faxed to 8-1880. Cards are entered in a monthly drawing and eligible employees win “free” vacation time! The Employee Engagement Team aims to recognize 36 employees annually.
