2016 Open Enrollment
October 12 through November 2, 2015 Open Enrollment is the time of year when you
can make changes to your ’Canes Total Rewards for 2016. This year, Open Enrollment will take
place in Workday and most of your benefit elections will automatically rollover.

We’re excited to announce the launch of the VSP Vision Care and MetLaw Legal plans for 2016. Log in to Workday at workday.miami.edu from October 12 through November 2, 2015 to enroll. Visit miami.edu/benefits for more information.
If You Like What You Have
If you are happy with your current benefits, just sit back and relax. Your current benefits, with the exception of your flexible spending account elections, will roll over to 2016. Monthly premiums for medical plans and the Delta Dental plan will increase slightly next year. To review 2016 premiums, please visit miami.edu/benefits.
If You Want to Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account or Make Changes to Your Coverage
If you would like to enroll in a flexible spending account, or make changes to your medical and/or dental plan (such as electing a new plan or dropping a dependent from coverage) you must do so during Open Enrollment. If you add a dependent, you will be required to provide documentation to substantiate their relationship to you. Log in to Workday at workday.miami.edu from October 12 through November 2, 2015 to make your elections.
