As a current student, you’re already a member! We also offer non-student memberships for UH alumni and current or retired UH faculty and staff. Spouse/domestic partner, both parents, or one other adult living in the same household and/or children between the ages 4-22 of current members are also eligible to purchase a membership.

BE A SPONSOR

Bring a friend for $10 per day! Campus Recreation and Wellness Center members may sponsor up to three guests per day. Sponsors are responsible for their guests at all times. Guests may not check out equipment for use. Guests must: Have a government issued photo ID Remain in the same area as the sponsor Complete an Indemnification and Release form

The Department of Campus Recreation has areas available for rental by UH student groups, UH departments and non-affiliates. Group Fitness is included in your membership at no additional cost. To participate in Group Fitness classes, please follow the steps below:

1 Stop by the Fitness Zone Desk on the second floor to complete a Group Fitness Participant Waiver. 2 Once the waiver is complete, you will receive a Group Fitness class keychain pass! 3 Show your Group Fitness keychain pass to the instructor or attendant in order to gain access to each group fitness class.

CARDIO Looking to lose weight, feel great and get in shape? Cardiovascular exercise (cardio) uses repetitive movements of your large muscle groups to maximize calorie burn. Group Fitness instructors keep your workouts fun, and the energetic music will help you power through!
