FINANCIAL AID Paying for college: it’s easier than you think UHD students have access to scholarships, loans, grants and work-study options. A variety of methods can be used to help pay for college. Funds are limited in some programs, so it’s always important to begin the application process early. The priority deadline to apply for federal financial aid is April 1 for each incoming fall class. Visit the Federal Student Aid website at fafsa.ed.gov for more information or to apply. When applying for financial aid, UHD’s school code is 003612.
