JAMIE NOCE

JUNIOR || BALDWINVILLE, NEW YORK || BAKER HIGH SCHOOL || PSYCHOLOGY & CRIMINAL JUSTICE MAJOR

AT DELAWARE: Third-year member of the Blue Hen squad. 2013 SEASON: Competed with the Varisty Eights at the Knecht Cup • competed with the Second Varsity Eights at the Bucknell Quad Meet and the Dad Vail Regatta • Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association National Scholar-Athlete Team • CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2012 SEASON: Competed in all seven events as a freshman •  member of the Varsity Fours boat that finished fifth at the CAA Championships •  competed wt the Novice Eights during the other six meets, placing second at the Occoquan Sprints and fourth at the Knecht Cup and Dad Vail Regatta •  member of the Novice Eights boat that was named National 5 & 10 Best of the Blue Hens Athlete of the Week on April 2. HIGH SCHOOL: Co-captain of the rowing team as a senior at Baker High School • named team Most Valuable Player her senior year • three-time All-District Scholar Athlete • qualified for the Scholastic Rowing Nationals three times • member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Future Artists Club. PERSONAL: Jamie M. Noce (“no-chee”) • born October 2, 1993 • daughter of David and Virginia Noce • fine arts major at Delaware • started rowing in the eighth grade with Syracuse Chargers Rowing Club • enjoys art and snowboarding.

AT DELAWARE: First-year member of the Blue Hens • transfer from George Washington. AT GEORGE WASHINGTON: Competed in the fall of 2011 for head coach Eric Carcich. HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the Moorestown High School rowing team • 2008 and 2010-11 New Jersey Scholastic Champions • earned second and third place finishes at the Stotesbury Regatta in 2010 and 2009 • 2011 rowing MVP • also earned two varsity letters in volleyball • Spanish club President in 2010-11. PERSONAL: Kristen Lee Van Iderstine • daughter of Peter Van Iderstine and Liz Thomas • born April 5, 1993 • health and behavior science major at Delaware • cousin, Catherine Meyers also attended Delaware • lists watching sports, hanging out with friends and going to the beach as hobbies • names the Philadelphia Eagle and Philadelphia Phillies as favorite professional sports teams.
