EMMA SIDORIAK SENIOR • CROSS COUNTRY/DISTANCE COLLEGEVILLE, PA. PERKIOMEN VALLEY At Delaware: Cross Country - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned one letter. 2012 Season: Competed in four meets for Delaware • finished 15th at the Delaware Invitational in 24:15 and 25th at the Blue & Gold Invitational in 23:10 • was 33rd at the Lehigh Invitational in 24:10 and 66th at the Paul Short Invitational in 23:33 • named to National College Athlete Honor Society and CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2011 Season: Competed in six meets for the Blue Hens •  finished 41st in 20:38 at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational and 146th in 21:57 at the Fordham Invitational •  placed 53rd at the Delaware Invitational in 26:00 and 129th in the open race at the Paul Short Invitational in 24:53 •  came in 22nd at the Blue & Gold Invitational in 25:49 and ninth in the coaches division race of the ECAC Championships in 20:14. Indoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the Blue Hens. 2012-13 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 10:25.45 and the 5000 meters in 18:48.82 • named to National College Athlete Honor Society. 2011-12 Season: Ran the mile in 5:36.75 at the Maryland Invitational •  finished the 3000 meters in 11:03.61 at the Gotham Cup. Outdoor Track & Field - Third-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned one letter. 2013 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 10:39.88 at the Delaware Open and the 5000 meters in 18:10.49 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet • ran the 10,000 meters in 38:14.34 at the CAA Championships • named to National College Athlete Honor Society and CAA Academic Honor Roll. 2012 Season: Ran the 3000 meters in 11:17.26 at the Penn Invitational •  finished the 5000 meters in 19:36.35 at the Delaware Open. High School: Earned three letters in cross country and spring track, and two letters in winter track at Perkiomen Valley High School •  helped cross country team to three consecutive league championships, and to undefeated seasons as a freshman and sophomore •  competed with the cross country team at the 2008 PIAA State Championships •  earned distinguished honors during all four years of high school •  member of National Honor Society and served as President during senior year •  Vice President of Orchestra and Rotary Club. Honor Roll. 2012 Season: Finished fifth in the hammer at the CAA Championships •  won the hammer at the Delaware Open, Morgan State Legacy Meet, and West Chester Open •  posted a season-best hammer throw of 165’10” at the Navy Invitational, the fourth longest in school history •  threw the discus 128’5” and recorded a shot put of 34’9.5” at the Delaware Open.  2011 Season: Won the hammer throw at the Penn Invitational and West Chester Open •  posted a season-best hammer throw of 161’10” at the CAA Championships, the best throw by a Blue Hen on the season and the fifth best in UD history •  recorded a discus throw of 100’7” at the Towson Invitational. High School: Four-year member of the track & field team as a discus thrower • co-president of the student council • member of the National Honor Society • named to the principal’s list • member of the chorus. Personal: Courtney Rita Sniscak • daughter of Richard and Michele Sniscak • university studies major at Delaware • father, Richard, played football for The Citadel in the 1980’s • also lists father as greatest influence in sports because he always pushes her to be her best • youngest of three children.

MICHELLE WHITE SENIOR • HEPTATHLON WILMINGTON, DEL. ARCHMERE ACADEMY At Delaware: Indoor Track & Field - Fourth-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned three letters. 2012-13 Season: Ran the 55 meter hurdles in 9.31 and the 60 meter hurdles in 9.76 • finished the 200 meters in 28.40 • posted a season-best long jump of 17’4.75” and a season-best shot put of 34’0.25”. 2011-12 Season: Ran the 60 meter hurdles in 10.07 at the Albany Great Dane Classic •  posted a season-best triple jump of 35’6.75” at the Collegiate Challenge. 2010-11 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. Outdoor Track & Field - Fourth-year member of the Blue Hens who has earned two letters. 2013 Season: Ran the 100 meter hurdles in 16.56 at the Shamrock Invitational • completed the 200 meters in 27.84 and the 800 meters in 2:39.51 at the CAA Championships • posted a high jump of 4’8.75” and totaled 3,811 points in the heptathlon at the CAA Championships • recorded a long jump of 17’11.5” and a shot put of 33’0.25” at the Towson Invitational • posted a 39’9.75” triple jump at the Shamrock Invitational. 2012 Season: Posted a season-best long jump of 17’4” and a shot put of 30’11.25” at the Navy Invitational •  recorded a triple jump of 36’1.5” at the Towson Invitational •  threw the javelin 73’8” at the Delaware Open. 2011 Season: Did not compete in any meets for the Blue Hens. High School: Two-time letterwinner in basketball and four-time letterwinner in track & field • holds four school records in the triple jump (37’11”), the long jump (17’11”), the 4x100m and 4x200m relay • awarded the Most Outstanding Senior Athlete in Track & Field • elected team captain as a senior • selected to the first team all-state for triple jump as a senior • school’s 4x400m team was selected to the all-county team • member of STAC and the honor roll. White • daughter of William Walker and Angie White-Walker • born January 20, 1992 • human services major at Delaware with a minor in psychology • plans to become a sport psychologist • lists her mother as her greatest influence because of all of her support • has two siblings • enjoys playing basketball and going shopping.
