At Delaware Third-year member of the squad and one-time letterwinner after transferring from Florida • makes an impact on the draw • CAA Academic Honor Roll selection. 2013 Season Did not compete due to injury. 2012 Season Started six of 10 games played in her first season with the Blue Hens • missed time while battling an injury • collected two goal on nine shots (seven on goal) • tallied 12 draw controls, four groundballs and caused one turnover • scored first goal in a Delaware uniform at William and Mary (4/8). 2011 Season (at florida) Saw action in 11 games as a freshman at Florida • had 11 draw controls on the year to lead all Gator freshmen, including tying the program record with six in the road loss against Cornell • saw significant action against Stanford in NCAA First Round • grabbed her first-career ground ball against Fairfield • scored her first collegiate goal against Colgate on a free position shot. High School Participated on the soccer, fencing, and lacrosse teams at Commack High School • collected All League, All County, All Tournament, and Galaxy First Team honors in lacrosse • named Star Spangled Banner MVP 2007 • played in the world championship U-17 Peterborrough, Canada team • holds the record for most goals in a season at Commack High School • also received All State and All County honors for soccer • named to All County for fencing • member of National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Science Honor Society • honor roll student. Personal Kelsey Dlugos (“duh-lou-ghos”) • born June 12, 1992 • daughter of Don and Jodi Dlugos • has one younger brother, Jack • studying health behavior science at the university • chose Delaware for the great academic opportunities and the team dynamics • started playing lacrosse in the fourth grade • hopes to win the conference and a national championship while playing for Delaware.
