THE GAME: The nationally-ranked University of Connecticut men’s basketball team (#19/19) plays its final home game of the season, facing Rutgers, in an American Athletic Conference game on Senior Night at Gampel Pavilion. Following a ceremony honoring UConn’s seniors, the game will begin at 7 p.m. and will be televised by ESPNU. The Huskies (23-6 overall, 11-5 AAC), who have won six of their last seven, are coming off a 51-45 win over Cincinnati. Senior Shabazz Napier leads the team in scoring (17.8), rebounding (6.0), assists (5.3) and steals (1.86). Juniors Ryan Boatright (12.4) and DeAndre Daniels (12.3) also average double figures. Rutgers (11-8, 5-11) is coming off a 74-73 win over USF.
