banksy, for the past few days we have been thinking about how you could be commissioned by the institute for the art and practice of dissent at home we are a home run anti capitalist initiative... from a council-house property in liverpool we like dissent and dislike liverpool 08, european capital of culture we hate the fact that the art is consumed and more than anything, we hate shopping.... it would be good if you did something on our council house wall... up our side alley - we will leave the gate unlocked for you this spring from today 2/3 to 30/04... 7 bright street liverpool L6 1DL this act of vandalism could not increase the price of our property since it is council owned, with no right to buy we are prepared to pay you minimum wage ...
