The Statesboro Herald has an immediate opening for an Assistant District Sales Manager. This is an entry level position; responsible for ensuring excellent newspaper delivery service to our 7000 customers in Bulloch and surrounding counties and supervision of our contract carriers. Must have good communication skills, good organizational skills, be able to handle delivery challenges on short notice and have the maturity and personality to provide exceptional customer service. Supervisory experience and or Circulation experience is preferred but not required. Applicant must have reliable transportation and valid GA driver’s license, liability insurance and good driving history. Good geographical knowledge of Bulloch and surrounding counties and basic computer skills are necessary. This is full time position with a full benefits package including, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, 401k, profit sharing and optional life, medical, dental and vision insurance. Position will require work on frequent weekends, holidays and early mornings.
