CONTACT X offers a large variety of catering packages. • You can book the standard packages via the Rental & Logistics department. • Would you like to combine different packages or would you like a customized package? That is possible! Make your preferences known at de Catering department and they will let you know what possibilities are available. Describe in your application: the amount of persons, the preferred date, the start time of end time of the event. In case of a custom request: let us also know the budget. 1

LUXE € 13.- p.p. Minimum of 15 people. Coffee, tea, fresh fruit juices, luxurious bread rolls, croissants, luxurious spreads (e.g. marmelade, smoked salmon, roast beef and scrambled eggs with bacon), yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit.
BOX from € 4.60 p.p. Minimum of 30 people. Crates filled with white and brown bread, currant buns, milk and fruit juice, assorted fruit, assorted sweet spreads (e.g. marmalade and chocolate sprinkles) and assorted savoury spreads (ham and cheese).

LUNCH Our lunch packages are standardly served buffet-style. Rustic, round pan breads are served in the lunch packages in assorted flavours: dark-pumpkin, white-corn, and dark-wheat.

Unlimited during an hour:

• Duration of reception and number of participants must be stated beforehand. If this number is exceeded during the actual event, a charge will be made for the additional participants. • If participants wish to stay after the agreed time, the cost of drinks and snacks is not included in the price. The event may only be extended with the permission of the person who arranged the event or another responsible party, otherwise participants will be required to pay on the spot for their own refreshments after the set duration. • With the agreement of the person who arranged the event, it is possible to calculate the costs of refreshment served outside the set time of the event and add them to the final bill. • The service is only available in the Foyer or in Cafe X.
