Duration of reception and number of participants must be stated beforehand. If this number is exceeded during the actual event, a charge will be made for the additional participants.

If participants wish to stay after the agreed time, the cost of drinks and snacks is not included in the price. The event may only be extended with the permission of the person who arranged the event or another responsible party, otherwise participants will be required to pay on the spot for their own refreshments after the set duration.

With the agreement of the person who arranged the event, it is possible to calculate the costs of refreshment served outside the set time of the event and add them to the final bill.
