※General Safety Information ※安全須知 WARNING This machine is equipped with a very sharp knife. Keep Hands, Arms, and Hair away from the knife area at all times. Misuse of this machine or failure to follow all safety instructions on This machine & in the instruction manual may result in serious personal injuries. 注意 機器裝有銳利刀片，時時刻刻保持 手、手臂、頭髮遠離刀片。 濫用或未遵照本說明書使用將導致個人的傷害。 Disconnect the power supply from the machine when it is not in use Or during routine maintenance, including lubrication. 當機器停止使用時，或平常保養維修及加潤滑油時，須拔掉插頭。 ATTENTION make sure the Sharpener Bracket is Locked.
＊ Push in the Turning Knob # 36 & Turn the machine over a few times To see the knife easily moveable; if the knife does not move easily; you must Lock the sharpener in place by lift the release lever # 115 and press the Sharpener lever # 114 to release the sharpener, Raise the sharpener bracket #191-1 by hand to lock in place. Repeat these steps to ensure the sharpener is now locked. 注意檢查確認磨刀裝置確已定位。 ＊押入並轉動#36 號旋鈕數次查看刀片是否轉動正常，如刀片不轉動，必須藉由提 起# 115 把手及押下# 114 把手使磨刀裝置鬆開，用手把磨刀組推上使定位。重覆上 述動作確保磨刀裝置確已上置定位。

使用須知
Before you use & For the First Time: 使用前或第一次使用時
＊ The Power supply Voltage must be same as showed on the nameplate. If incorrect electrical supply may damage it & caused dangerous. 檢查使用電壓與名牌標示是否一致.電源不符會損害機器及其他危險。 ＊Three Phase Machines must check the direction is same as the mark On the machine before plug in the electricity. ＊三相馬達的機器須先手動檢查轉向與馬達上轉向標示一致.
＊ Fill up the oil cup #96.
油杯#96.須加滿油。
＊ Push in the Turning Knob # 36 & Turn the machine over a few times To see the knife easily moveable; if the knife does not move easily; you must Lock the sharpener in place by lift the release lever # 115 and press the Sharpener lever # 114 to release the sharpener, Raise the sharpener bracket #191-1 by hand to lock in place. Repeat these steps to ensure the sharpener is now locked. ＊檢查確認磨刀裝置確已定位。
＊ Before plug in the Electricity to the machines to be sure the Motor Switch is in the “OFF” position. ＊機器通電前必須確認馬達開關在 OFF 位置。 ＊Read the operation procedure if you do not understand Please contact your supervisor or call your supplier. ＊詳讀操作說明如仍不清楚請與供應商聯絡。

※ LUBRICATION &加油及潤滑
＊ Daily place two drops oil at the hole showed on the Front Sharpener Housing & Fill the oil cup for continuous use. (oil & can is supplied with new machine) Use supplied oil or same compounded machine oil #30. Sewing Machine oil is too thin may result in damage the machine. 每日滴兩滴油在前端蓋之油孔,連續使用須於油杯注油. 使用#30 番合成機油或同等級，針車油太稀會損害機器。 ＊Weekly One drop oil to the Tube #180 ,#182 & Pulley Shaft on #187 gear cover & Belt Pulley near screw #210 每週在前端蓋之三支軸管,滑輪桿及砂帶滑輪上滴一滴油。
＊ Monthly take off the Plug screw #190 squeeze a pea size grease into the opening. 每月一次拿掉栓子#190 並擠入適量牛油。 ※ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 維護與保養
＊ Daily remove the knife and clean the knife slide with a slot cleaner. ＊ Twice Weekly by air to blow any lint from the motor & sharpener. ＊ Weekly Remove the front cover & clean any lint from the screw mechanism In the sharpener. ＊每日須拿下刀片,清潔刀鞘。＊一星期兩次用空壓器把馬達及磨刀裝置之灰塵吹乾 淨。＊一星期至少一次拿掉前端蓋把內部灰塵弄乾淨。
