Our school holiday activities are FREE* for Junior Active members and you’ll also benefit from a discount on our holiday play scheme. Trilogy Holiday Playscheme is available to book right now. For all other activities Trilogy Junior Active members and Leisure card holders can book from 8am, 8 days in advance and non-members from 8am, 5 days in advance. All our activities are booked on a first come, first serve basis and payment is required upon booking. See individual activities for details on our prices. So why not entertain the kids for a whole day with one of our sports activities, some swimming and a kids screen film at The Forum. See the swimming and cinema timetables on our website to plan your visit. We also have a wide range of hot and cold refreshments and FREE Wi-Fi in the Coffee Box.

All activities are fully supervised by qualified and DBS checked staff. FAMILY FRIENDLY SWIM

45 minute sessions for the whole family to enjoy. Games and activities inspired by Disney storytelling, led by a Trilogy Activator. Suitable for 2-11 year olds, all children must be accompanied by an adult in the water regardless of their age.

A chance for families to spend some swim time together. All children must be in the water with an adult and only two children under the age of 8 per adult. The flume at Danes Camp does not operate during this session.

Improve your confidence and ability in the water with Trilogy Swim School Crash Courses. All our holiday swim crash courses except Mermaid School are FREE to Junior Active members.

Beginners

Introduction to Deep Water

This crash course is a brilliant way to experience the Trilogy Swim School programme and get you started on your journey into the weekly lessons.

Great if you’re having problems with swimming out of your depth. These fun lessons will work on treading water, jumping in, floating, submerging, entrance and exiting to build your confidence to be able to swim in deep water.

Skill Level: Need to be confident in the water with parent/guardian.

Skill Level: 15m of a recognised stroke (including breathing).

TRY STAGE 2

Backstroke improvers

These lessons are designed to help students progress from stage 1 to stage 2 (ASA) by building confidence in the water, work on improved coordination and introduction of recognised strokes.

You will work on your coordination and skills needed to develop and improve your backstroke. Skill Level: A recognisable backcrawl arms and legs technique . Be able to swim 15m.

Skill Level: Confident submerging. Be able to travel without aids. Be able to blow bubbles in the water.

Butterfly ImpRovers

FRONT CRAWL BREATHING

Perfect your butterfly, improve coordination, stamina and essential butterfly skills.

These lessons will work on your breathing technique, improve stamina, coordination and help to achieve the technique required to achieve distance badges.

Skill Level: A recognisable butterfly leg action for 5m, plus 15m of any other recognisable stroke.

Water Fun Junior

Skill Level: A recognisable front crawl arms and legs technique. Be able to swim 15m.

Come and try our brand new variety pack of swimming fun activites for juniors in the teaching pool! Fun and games using floats, toys and songs all to encourage your child to enjoy the water.

BREASTSTROKE IMPROVERS

Using the deep water you will work on your coordination, timing, starts & turns all skills needed to develop and improve your breaststroke..

Skill Level: Need to be confident in the water with parent / guardian.

Skill Level: Be confident in deep water. A recognisable breaststroke arm & leg action. Be able to swim 15m (any stroke)

Mermaid School Beginners

Learn to flip, swim, turn and move like a mermaid in our brand new mermaid school.

Water Fun

Skill level: 6 years +, be able to swim 25m on front and back and 5m dolphin kick. Be able to tread water with full rotation.

Mermaid School Intermediates

Skill Level: 25m of at least 3 recognised strokes. Confident in deep water.

Improve on your mermaid technique and develop new advanced skills.

Not sure which course to choose? Your child’s swimming teacher will be able to advise you on which one is most suitable for their ability.

Participants must have completed our mermaid school beginners course before progressing to the intermediate course.

All courses except Mermaid School are FREE to Junior Active members, 4 and 5 day courses are £12 for Leisure Card holders and £15.20 for non-members. Mermaid School £20 Junior Active members, £25 Leisure Card and Non members.

Booking Conditions: All children attending crash courses must be aged 4 plus. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the centre whilst lessons are taking place. Booking is available 8 days in advance for Junior Active members and leisure card holders and 5 days in advance for non-members. Payment is required at time of booking. 24 hour cancellation notice is required for Junior Active members, otherwise a charge will be incurred.
