Our school holiday activities are FREE for Junior Active members and you’ll also benefit from a discount on our Funzone playscheme. Funzone and our live show from Magic Dave are available to book right now. For all other activities Trilogy Junior Active members and Leisure card holders can book from 8am, 8
days in advance and non-members from 8am, 5 days in advance. All our activities are booked on a first come, first serve basis and payment is required upon booking. General Swim, Wet ‘N’ Wild & Family Friendly Swim FREE to Junior Active members
General swim lanes will be available during quiet periods. Band system in operation during busy periods. Ratio of 2 children under 8 must be supervised by 1 adult (16+) at all times. For Wet n Wild children must be able to swim 25m of a recognised stroke. *There will be swimming lessons running during the general swim. **Only the shallow end will be available for early bird and general swimming - between 8-10am 23-27 October and 12-16 February

This crash course is a brilliant way to experience the Trilogy Swim School programme and get you started on your journey into the weekly lessons.

Front crawl Breathing
These lessons are designed to help students progress from stage 1 to stage 2 (ASA) by building confidence in the water, work on improved coordination and introduction of recognised strokes.
These lessons will work on your breathing technique, improve stamina, coordination and help to achieve the technique required to achieve distance badges.
Confident submerging Be able to travel without aids. Be able to blow bubbles in the water (Stage 1, not suitable for pre-school)
A recognisable front crawl arms and legs technique. Be able to swim 15m (stage 3+)
Be confident in deep water. A recognisable breaststroke arm & leg action. Be able to swim 15m (any stroke) (Stage 3+)
Breast stroke - Improvers
Using the deep water you will work on your coordination, timing, starts & turns all skills needed to develop and improve your breaststroke.

Introduction to Deep Water
If you having problems with swimming out of your depth. These fun lessons will work on treading water, jumping in, floating, submerging, entrance and exiting to build your confidence to be able to swim in deep water.

Back stroke improvers
You will work on your coordination and skills needed to develop and improve your backstroke.

All courses are FREE to Junior Active Members. 3,4 & 5 day course £11.50 with a Leisure Card, £14.50 without. 1 day courses £5 with a Leisure Card, £6.50 without. All children attending crash courses need to be aged 4 plus. If you are unsure please check with your swimming teacher for suitability of the crash courses. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the centre during the lessons. Booking is available 8 days in advance for our Junior Active members and Leisure Card holders and 5 days in advance for non members. Payment is required at time of booking. 24 cancellation notice is required for junior active members, otherwise a charge will be incurred.
