with Trilogy Swim School
At Trilogy Swim School we want to encourage all our students to be safe, have fun and keep fit in the pool. Supported by the nationally accredited Swim England Teaching Plan we provide the framework for your child to learn a life skill and have fun.

Stage
Description
Tiddlers 1 (4-12 months)
Lots of nursery rhymes and toys to encourage movement and water confidence for both parent and infant.
Tiddlers 2 (12-24 months)
Offers parents guidance on encouraging swimming skills and continuing to build water confidence.
Tiddlers 3 (24 months+)
Encouragement to take those first independent steps in the water, still supported by you.
Preschool
First class where your little one will not be accompanied and will further develop co-ordination and control in the pool.
Stages 1–3
These first stages of swimming will encourage your child to build confidence, start basic practises and learn water buoyancy.
Stages 4-7
Your child will now begin to hone their technique and learn more water survival skills. Awards for distance and safety available.
Stage 8-9-10 Aqua Club
For our very experienced swimmers - At this level you will be improving stamina and learning new water disciplines

All our swimming lessons are delivered in a fun and safe atmosphere, by qualified swimming instructors who have been DBS checked. Lessons are continuous and run for 48 weeks of the year so you can enrol at any time! A parent guide is available to purchase from reception which provides further information on the different Swim England stages your child will be following.
We use the latest CoursePro technology to keep track of your child’s progress through each stage of their swimming journey with us. You can view their progress online at any time via the Home Portal along with all the criteria your child will need to complete in order to move to the next stage. Your Home Portal account can be viewed on almost any desktop or mobile device.

The Academy caters for all inspiring gymnasts and trampolinists, no matter what their current level of ability or experience. Our qualified and experienced team of coaches establish good basics skills, nurture talent and ensure the participants develop their natural abilities amongst peers of a similar age and level.

Trampolining (ages 4+)
• Carefully structured range of recreational groups from beginners to advanced. Gymnasts can choose to work towards achieving British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards. • Our weekly clubs are suitable for boys and girls starting with Preschool Gymnastics from the age of 3 upwards.
• The structured sessions introduce children to trampolining and guide them through the basic skills and work towards British Gymnastics/ Trampolining Proficiency Awards. Our weekly club sessions cover the core skills and basic moves necessary for the development of good trampoline techniques.
(We also offer ’Gym Mini Cubz’ gymnastics ‘drop in’ sessions at all 3 sites for children age 1-3 years)
