Trendsetters to TrendsettersÂŽ Magazine (T2T), is a national digital and print publication that launched in 2007. Our mission is to share with our audience, the knowledge, talent, and success of upcoming and established trendsetters and game changers, in order to inspire, educate, support, and produce positive mindsets and motivated populations within our communities. Our goal is to spotlight individuals that are making a positive difference among the masses, and to honor unsung heroes in our society. Trendsetters to Trendsetters magazine became a national publication in 2008. Our digital presence secures close to half-million online readers per month, and we distribute 20,000 hard copies bimonthly to strategic locations in each of six markets namely, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, Florida and Ohio. Expansion into the markets of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Nevada is projected by third quarter 2016. Ad Submissions Guidelines Based on the desire for organizations, event planners and promoters to join advertisement and sponsorship forces with Trendsetters to Trendsetters, we are often offered events with limited preparation time so the dates and names of such events are not available at this time. Updates will be sent via e-mail. Advertisement and content are due the first Friday of every other month, ( Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct and Dec). SPACE DEADLINE

Our submission deadline is the 1st Friday of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Magazine Issues Jan/Feb, March/April, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec

Holidays may require earlier deadlines. Check with your account manager.

No cancellations will be accepted after OR while publication is in production. Proofs cannot be guaranteed on copy received after deadline. Publisher reserves the right to run ad prepared from submitted rough draft material. All advertising copy will be subject to the approval of the publisher who reserves the right at his/her sole discretion to classify, reject or insert copy furnished. PAYMENTS All advertisements must be prepaid. We accept payment in cash, check, money order, or by Paypal at payment@trendtotrendmag.com . Invoices are due and payable within 15 days of the invoice date. Advertisers with an account balance over 60 days will have their credit privileges revoked. The advertiser is liable for court costs, attorney’s fees and other expenses incurred in the process of collecting debts due the publication.

CREATIVE SERVICES

THE FINE PRINT

Advertising design, copywriting and typesetting are available for Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine advertisers at no charge. Additional design work (logo, illustration, camera shots, and custom artwork) will require a charge. Reproduction of original Trendsetters to Trendsetters advertising material is expressly prohibited without publisher’s written permission.

It is agreed that Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine assumes no financial responsibility for typographical errors or complete omission of an advertisement. In the event of a make-good for an advertisement, Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine liability shall not exceed the cost of the advertisement in which the error occurred, and credit will be for the first insertion only. Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine does not assume responsibility for error when the advertiser has not personally marked proofs.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine production department utilizes, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in a PC based environment Please ask for a copy of the Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine Electronic Production guidelines if you will be submitting materials by email or on diskette. Trendsetters to Trendsetters Magazine does not accept advertisement submission designed in Macintosh. However, if the submission is text only (without photos or graphics) it will be accepted.

Any adjustment will be only for the portion of the advertisement that was in error. Errors that do not materially affect the value of the advertisement will not be considered for make-good. It is agreed that the advertiser/agency will indemnify and exempt the Publisher from any loss, expenses or their liability resulting from any claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement, and other claims or suits that may arise out of the publication of such advertisement.

Ads acceptable as camera-ready are: Black on white veloxes (PMT’s) or laser prints to size. Resolution, 300 dpi. Screen should be 85 lines. Newsprint versions or faxes are not acceptable as cameraready. Process color requires film negatives; films should be right reading emulsion down (RRED). Spot color should be submitted with the second color separated and registration-marked to indicate alignment. AD POSITION Trendsetters to Trendsetters will make every effort to comply with reasonable placement request when possible, but no placement may be guaranteed. CONTRACT TERMS: All advertising rates are NET. Advertising contracts are not transferable. Error on insertion orders, in price, specifications or dates are regarded as clerical and the advertisement is published according to agreed schedule. If a contract is cancelled prior to fulfillment, we will recalculate your rate based
