Our goal is to make your trade business as pleasant and efficient as possible, while still offering customized services to suit each and every member’s needs, from the long-time business owner who still prefers pen and paper to a computer, to the new young entrepreneur who is very tech savvy. It is a rewarding challenge to develop new software, websites, programs, sales and brokering divisions that fit the needs of both, without taking anything away from our long-time valued members, yet creating the expeditious efficiency that younger business owners demand. Part of our developmental process includes bringing a customer experience specialist to the table, who also happens to be a fairly new member to Tradesource, Norma Huibregtse of Captivated Customers. Norma has been elemental in the re-structuring of our customer service process, because she follows the philosophies of James Champy: Cost, quality and innovation have become quite similar
in every industry and market. We are selling an experience as much as a product. Sometimes there’s a need to work in partnership with others in order to deliver what customers want and deserve.
