Virginia Wells Professional Organiser at WellSorted Professional Organiser Tracy is a fabulous photographer. I have engaged Tracy for various projects and events over the years. Tracy took photos for my website - both headshots and more creative shots to build a ‘feel’ on my site which I wanted to be welcoming, light and relaxing but inspiring. She came up with some great concepts and I’m very happy with the result (www.getwellsorted.com.au) She really captured what I was after. She has also taken many fantastic shots of my dance troupe (and others) over the years which captured many happy memories. Dance photography is extra hard as we’re moving so much that it can be very hard to capture the essence of the dance, the mood, elegance and the moment. She has been able to capture all of this, time and time again. I’ve enjoyed seeing her photos over the years (outside of what I have hired her for) and really love her light, warm and open style. Here’s a SNAPSHOT of what the process may look like.
Contact Tracy Lee Photography to inquire about your Professional Photography. Have a chat to Tracy & look at the Pricing & Information Brochure. Book a session & pay retainer fee to lock in your time & date. Complete a brief questionnaire so I can build profile so I can best encapsulate your business. Don’t stress too much about the questions ... I just like to get to know you a bit more so we can work together to create awesome images for you. Chat about location and clothing choices and best packages options. Have an awesome session with Tracy Lee Photography. In 2-3 weeks you will have an on-line gallery of fully edited images available for one week for viewing. Select the images according to your package to be delivered via an on-line download or USB stick (dependant on quantity).
The boring but Important stuff...
Terms and conditions All clients are required to sign a Photography Agreement.
DURING THE PHOTO SHOOT The Client agrees to a pre-consultation before the photography session in order to finalise the actual shooting times, locations, and Clients request (in writing) for specific photographs. The Client will be responsible for, or have someone designated, to identify people of whom specific photographs are desired. The Photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people if there is no-one to assist in identifying or gathering people for group photographs.
ORDERING After your session processed images will be available within 2-3 weeks to view online. However certain times of year or large amounts of coverage may necessitate a longer waiting period. The online gallery is available for 1week. Once the gallery has been closed there will be a $25 fee to upload your gallery for an additional week. Ordering is done by phone, online or in person using a provided order form. An invoice will be sent with payment details. Preferred method of Payment is bank deposit. Once full payment is received, delivery of products will be 4-6 weeks. Each image is individually processed to create the best possible image for your pubusiness purposes. The time this takes is included in the price.
PERMITTED USE In accordance with Australian Copyright Law, we understand that Tracy Lee Photography will retain ownership of copyright on all photos and digital negatives. If digital negatives are not purchased it is illegal for anyone other than Tracy Lee Photography to produce copies or duplicates without the express permission of Tracy Lee Photography. Tracy Lee Photography grants the Client unlimited image use for self-promotion, display, website use and printed publications directly related to the business or organisation, but not to resell or enter into photography competitions. The Client agrees that altering images is prohibited without receiving written permission from Tracy Lee Photography except for alterations such as cropping and re-sizing. Tracy Lee Photography retains the right to use images for self-promotion unless negotiated otherwise.
PAYMENT OPTIONS Tracy Lee Photography accepts cash or electronic transfers. There is no minimum spend required on prints or products. The Client must finalise all balances due to Tracy Lee Photography before receiving any products. LOCATION PERMISSIONS It is the Clients responsibility to schedule and receive permissions to use various locations for photography, including any parks or venues specifically requested by the Client. CANCELLATION The session retainer is non-refundable, but maybe transferred to another date (if prior notification is given). The Client will not be entitled to a refund if he or she cancels the session.
