Network Rail Approved, Track Access Matting System, for on/off tracking of Rail Plant. TPA is firmly established in the rail sector as “the” principle provider of safe, effective, value for money temporary roadways, walkways & rail access systems. The Track Access Matting System is quick and easy to install and represents a strengthening new addition to TPA’s range of Rail Sector dedicated portable access hire equipment. With its customary rapid installation time, this new track access system provides a superb all round solution to the on and off tracking ofroad rail plant.
The Benefits The system is quick and easy for a team to install by hand and comes in 4 simple interlocking parts. Only simple site preperation is required and the system not only allows plant a safe and swift passage but also protects the rail head from damage. TPA’s Track Access Matting System provides the following benefits; 1. Install by hand. 2. Available in 4 section kits (Extension kit also available). 3. Simple site preparation and application of use when used in compliance with Network Rail Approval Certificate Number PA05/05308. 4. Easily transported to and from the access point.

System Specifications Dimensions Comes in 4 simple, interlocking parts. Each ramp kit consists of 2 lower ramp sections and 2 upper ramp sections. Expansion kits of 2 more sections can be used to extend the length of the system. System Parts 1x (Standard) Track Access Matting System comprising of; 2x 2m lower ramp sections (NUMBERED 1) & 2x 3m upper ramp sections (NUMBERED 2) 1x (Expansion) Track Access Matting System comprising of; 2x 2m expansion ramp sections (Platform sections for plant unable to raise/ lower rail bogies independantly) (NUMBERED 3). Installation Time Full system kit, inclusive of 4 full track access matting sections can be fully installed and ready for use in less than 30 minutes. Easily transported to and from the access point. Note TPA’s Track Access Matting System is not approved to be used on the Bull Head Track style of rail line, due to the clearance and “chairs” in which the rail sits.
