For many years, one of the major complaints from International Residents and visitors alike has been a lack of knowledge about what's on and what's happening in and around Torrevieja. How many times have you heard someone say "I wish I had had known that was on!" With the assistance of the Torrevieja Town Hall's Cultural, Sports and Tourism departments plus Football Club Torrevieja, we hope to be able to keep you informed with what's going on around one of Spain's most multicultural cities. We want you to make it to the event on time rather than wishing you had known about it beforehand! Very simply, this is one of the few magazines that you can use all month. Entertainment in Torrevieja & Beyond Torrevieja Today not only covers events happening across the Southern Costa Blanca from the IFA Exhibition Centre in Alicante to Pilar de la Horadada to San Javier, going across the border into Murcia. If you have an event happening, please let us know before the 20th of the previous Month for inclusion inside Torrevieja Today & on our website. More details on Page 5 regarding Charity & Fundraising events. All events within our Daily Event Guide take place in Torrevieja, unless noted otherwise. The main venues in Torrevieja are: Palacio de la MĂşsica, Teatro Municipal and Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen plus, for larger events, Antonio Soria Park and the International Auditorium. Tickets can be bought at the Teatro Municipal (Municipal Theatre) Box Office or from two hours before a show at the Box Office or at the door of the Venue or online from ServiCam. There are Two Main exhibition centres: Vista Alegre & Virgen del Carmen along with Los Aljibes in the Jardin de las Naciones (Park of Nations). Admission is Free. Apart from the â‚Ź2.00 admission for the Floating Museums of the Delfin S61 Submarine & Albatros III Customs Boat, entrance to the Museo del Mar y la Sal (Sea & Salt Museum) Salt Interpretation Centre, Natural History Museum, Semana Santa & others, is free.
