Purchaser shall provide the following at the Purchaser’s sole cost ARTIST TRANSPORTATION   

Luxury Vehicle for all ground transportation (Mercedes S550, BMW 750, Escalade etc.)

Vehicle must be a non-smoking vehicle To be dropped off in front or back of club and escorted through club with security and vice versa

HOTEL      

5 star (4 star only when approved by tour manager) hotel approved and in some situations booked by artist Hotel choices must submitted to tour manager 3 weeks prior to events for approval Tour manager has the right to turn down choices sent and in which case hotel is chosen by tour manager and covered by promoter Roger requires a king suite/tour manager requires a standard room (both non smoking) High speed internet for both room during duration of the stay Gym access duration of the stay

DJ BOOTH TECHNICAL RIDER        

All sound and lighting equipment provided by venue 4 x Pioneer CDJ-2000’s (updated on newest firmware) All four CDJ 2000’s must be hubbed together with a 5 port Netgear switch/box 1 Pioneer DJM-800 or DJM 900 Professional DJ mixer (2000 if approved by tour manager) 1 x Microphone and necessary cables 2 x Monitor Speakers (Left and right and 300 if not more watts a piece) Monitor volume must be accessible to Roger and must come from source other than house system. Roger must have access to control EQ from the booth.

In festival settings there must be a separate set up that Roger can set up on prior to set time

OPENING DJ  Roger has sole right of refusal over opening and closing artist and any additional artists added to the event.  Opening DJ must be using cd’s and end on 4th CDJ 2000. If using a usb stick or SD card they must also end on forth player  When Opening DJ is done they must take all personal belongings with them. If left in the DJ booth, they must wait till Roger’s performance is done DURING ROGER’S SET    

Absolutely NO ONE but sound, lighting technician on stage or in the DJ Booth during Roger’s Performance unless otherwise authorized by Artist or tour manager.

Absolutely NO MC’s or Percussionists during Roger’s set.

All interviews autographs shall take place before or after performance.

Purchaser must provide adequate security for Artist and their equipment. In the case of theft or vandalism of the Artist equipment, Purchaser shall be liable to refund the Artist at their asking price.

GUEST LIST / GUESTS  One Large VIP Table Reserved for Roger’s guests & representatives near DJ area–if wristbands or laminates are needed for this designated area please provide tour manager with thirty (30) passes.  Artist’s Guest Lists will remain open and honored for entry from Open to Close, absolutely no time limitations or cut offs – please advise all door staff.
