ow – nearly two decades ago, we started a newspaper section to showcase new homes across York Region, and Today’s Homes & Condominiums is still going strong! That’s because the desire for new homes across the Greater Toronto Area continues to be steady. The recent RealNet Canada Inc. statistics posted by BILD showed that 2015 was the third-highest sales year in the past decade. With robust immigration numbers, it’s likely this level of demand will be around for some time to come. Yes, prices have climbed a lot over the past 19 years, but who thought back then when we

started that we’d see low single-digit mortgage interest rates again? It’s incredible. Plus, real estate has proven time and again to be a lucrative financial investment in the long run. Today’s Homes & Condominiums brings you industry information on some of Ontario’s finest builders and their new home communities.
