CORPORATE STRUCTURE Delaware C-Corp Drive Enterprises Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation was formed to structure the organization to best fit the industry norms of venture capital investors.

Seed Capital Round I We have currently raised $840,000 in seed capital funding with three investors.

Seed Capital Round II Our seed capital funding will close on December 31, 2023 or earlier, depending on the capital raised. Our target goal is to raise between $250,000 to $500,000.

Venture Capital Funding Drive Enterprises will begin it’s venture capital fund raising efforts with a goal of $25,000,000 for round I. The need for additional rounds will be determined on an as need basis.
