Escolher um dos arquivos acima para baixar, não precisa terminar o download, somente verificar se está baixando com taxa superior a 900K/sec.

Caso este taxa esteja menor que 500K/sec, verificar no router EBT.

2. Verificar as interfaces no router da Embratel Na maquina de monitoramento de link externo fazer telnet usando o IP=189.2.184.1 (IP da LAN do iPOP) ou de sua residência sem MVP, fazer uma conexão usando telnet para IP=200.178.69.46 (IP da WAN do router na Motorola) telnet 200.178.69.46 senha: CQMR

Comando que mostra IPs e todas as interfaces do router.

4. Verificar o delay entre o router na Motorola e o router na Embratel MOTOROLA-JGU>ping 200.178.69.45 Type escape sequence to abort.
