Christmas Bundt Cake

Ingredients (Cake tin ø16 cm)

2 eggs

150 g. sugar

6 tbsp. whole/oat milk

60 g. melted butter

120 g. flour

30 g. cocoa powder

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160ºC

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

Beat eggs and sugar until light and airy.

Add milk and melted butter and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.

Grease the cake tin with butter, and pour the batter into the cake tin and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

Allow to cool in the cake tin for 10 minutes, then gently remove and invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve it on a beautiful cake plate and decorate it with icing sugar. Enjoy with your favourite cup of tea.
