‘built for life’ in our factory with heating and wiring pre-installed, decorated and with kitchens and bathrooms in place. Fully complete internally and built with minimal waste, quality and sustainability go hand in hand. With a selection of quality house styles to fit any planning guidelines, an Evolve house arrives on site, ready for the roof and the external finish to be applied to match your choice. This is the Evolve ‘turn key’ solution. We achieve consistency of quality through our commitment to ‘vertically integrated’ supply chain partnerships. This brings client benefits of reliable product supply, as well as service and procurement efficiencies. By delivering our houses to site as a preconstructed unit, they are an ideal application for

any situation – from small infill plots, garage sites through to large regeneration schemes. What’s more, we build in house style choices from traditional to contemporary. Our houses are exceptionally energy efficient and use mainly natural materials from sustainable sources to create a product that exceeds current HCA standards and meets HQI, Lifetime Homes, Secure by Design and Scheme Development Standards.

Evolve inspired by nature The Evolve house embodies a holistic approach to design excellence that blends sustainability with the wellbeing of occupants. Our houses use a minimum of energy to heat or cool them, produce low carbon emissions and are inexpensive to run.

To enhance these benefits further, Evolve houses offer the possibility for occupants to sell electricity back to the grid with a total reduced carbon emissions of 44% compared to current building regulations.

Specific energy saving features can include: solar photovoltaic cells to supply electricity, high levels of air tightness (1) and thermal performance; low U-Values; whole house mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems and energy monitors. We can also achieve Level 4 through fabric alone!

The Evolve approach is leading the way in rethinking how affordable housing is designed and constructed.
