AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION Instruction provided by EMS Training Institute

Our awesome facility features a gymnasium, soundproof music room, a 1,700 sq. ft. game room complete with pool and ping pong tables, black light air hockey, foosball, assorted video games, vending machines, and a high-def big screen TV and Xbox One. A computer lab with high speed Internet and brand new LED monitors is open and staffed during designated hours. We also have classrooms, offices, a catering kitchen, and a social lobby with couches, a 55” 3D TV, and Playstation 4.

SUCCESSFUL LEARNING AND TEST TAKING, Age 1214 Designed for 7th & 8th grade teens. Learn to be comfortable and successful with test taking using imagery techniques and nature’s whole foods. Dare to Prepare is a free pre-permit workshop for parents and teens that provides information teens need to know before they take the wheel. This interactive program, geared toward pre-permit drivers (14-15 years of age) walks attendees through the steps necessary to obtain a permit and driver’s license, and offers useful tools, tips, and resources to help parents and teens during the learning-to-drive process and beyond.

YOUTH OUTREACH This multipurpose community social service program is jointly sponsored by the Conejo Recreation and Park District and the Conejo Valley Unified School District. By design, outreach workers seek out and address the needs of non-involved and hard-to-reach youths. Duties include life skills programs, community referral service, recreational programming, and crisis intervention.
