Speakers: Martin Ring - Bank of New York Mellon Martin is the Site Executive and Managing Director of the BNY Mellon Poland Global Delivery Centre (GDC) based in Wrocław. He is responsible for promoting, running and developing BNY Mellon business in Wrocław. He provides leadership and governance, overseeing the Centre’s growth towards servicing multi-disciplinary business groups and their clients.
Ada Beres - Learning Centre Director at Berlitz Poland Ada been the Learning centre director in Wrocław for 4 years, having graduated from English studies at Wrocław University and Business administration at the University of Economics. Her main responsibility is to provide international companies at all stages of development with their needs-driven training solutions languages, soft skills and cultural training.
Hatem Kamal - Language True to Life Hatem Kamal has been largely involved in the fields of education, training, marketing and business development for the last 20 years with reputable entities in both Cairo & Dubai (Egyptair, American University, British University, Edexcel among others). He is currently a free-lance trainer of soft skills and consultant for learning materials development.

He is an expert on communication and management with a focus on their intercultural dimensions.
