Dal 1926 la ditta Mariotti produce piastrelle in cemento e graniglia di marmo e granito ad altissima resistenza, per uso interno ed esterno nel settore civile, industriale e privato. L’azienda, arrivata alla terza generazione, esporta i propri prodotti in tutto il mondo: in gran parte utilizzati per giardini, terrazze e balconi, ma anche per parchi, piazze, supermarket, centri commerciali, ospedali, scuole, aeroporti, stazioni ferroviarie e altro. Dal 2010 Fulget, un marchio storico italiano, famoso per l’esecuzione di facciate ventilate, è stato incorporato nella ditta Mariotti. Lo stabilimento si articola su 12.000 mq di superficie coperta attraverso 4 linee produttive completamente automatizzate e computerizzate, per una capacità produttiva di ca. 4.000 mq al giorno. Un controllo costante, dall’accettazione delle materie prime fino alla verifica finale di ogni singola piastrella finita prima della fase di imballaggio garantisce una eccellente qualità di prodotto.
Since 1926 Mariotti has been producing high resistance cement tiles for exterior and interior use made of marble/ granite chips for industrial and private construction projects. The company, which is now led by the third generation, exports its products throughout the world: they are mainly used for gardens, terraces and balconies, but also for parks, city paving, supermarkets, shopping centres, hospitals, schools, airports, railway stations and other projects. Since 2010 Fulget, a famous, traditional Italian brand for ventilated facades, belongs to company Mariotti. Das Firmenwerk (über 12.000 qm) ist mit den modernsten Anlagen ausgestattet, die Produktionskapazität der Firma Mariotti beträgt heute über 4.000 qm/Tag und läuft über 4 vollautomatisierte Produktionslinien. Während der Produktion erfolgt eine Qualitätskontrolle, bei der Rohstoffe getestet und jede einzelne Platte geprüft wird, damit eine Standardqualität der Produkte gewährleistet ist.

IL PRODOTTO Mariotti produce piastrelle in conglomerato di cemento a doppio strato, vibro pressate con presse idraulico-ermetiche da 800 ton. Il conglomerato è composto per 15 mm di spessore (strato nobile di calpestio) da una miscela di cemento ad alta resistenza, polvere di marmo Bianco di Carrara, inerti di pietre naturali, marmi, quarzi e graniti e ossidi naturali per la colorazione del fondo. La piastrella è composta per i restanti 20 mm di spessore da una miscela di sabbie silicee a granulometria variabile e cemento grigio ad alta resistenza.
Dopo la fase di pressatura dei due strati, la piastrella viene lasciata maturare con un processo “accelerato” in celle chiuse ventilate con vapore acqueo, dove già dopo 24 ore raggiunge l’80% delle sue prestazioni fisiche. Dopo la maturazione, le piastrelle subiscono i vari trattamenti superficiali di finitura: levigatura, bocciardatura, impregnazione e decoro.

LA CERTIFICAZIONE La produzione avviene in conformità alle norme Europee EN 1339-2004, EN 13748-2 da cui la marcatura CE della piastrella. Da Luglio 2013 Mariotti mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti le sue dichiarazioni di prestazione (DoP) secondo le norme europee.
DIE ZERTIFIZIERUNG Die Produktion folgt der Norm EN 1339 und EN 13748-2 und verfügt über das CE Zeichen. Prüfungen werden regelmäßig im Werk durchgeführt die im Regelwerk erfragten Tests erfolgen in einem anerkannten italienischem Institut. Seit Juli 2013 stellt Mariotti auch die Leistungsblätter zur neuen Bauverordnungsnorm zur Verfügung.

INDICAZIONI DI POSA Indicazioni generali per piastrelle destinate ad ambienti esterni. Prima della posa controllare le piastrelle per eventuali difetti visivi; contestazioni dopo la posa non possono essere accettate. FONDO: Il sottofondo portante deve essere sufficientemente resistente, compattato e antigelivo, predisposto con la giusta permeabilità e pendenza per permettere l’allontanamento dell’acqua stagnante che potrebbe portare a problemi di umidità. Lo spessore del sottofondo va previsto di circa 20 cm. INSTALLAZIONE: Tutte le piastrelle per esterno MARIOTTI devono essere posate con fughe da 3 a 5 mm. La non osservanza di questa norma può causare danni alle piastrelle e non permette l’evaporazione dell’umidità sottostante con conseguente comparsa del fenomeno delle efflorescenze. In inverno si possono manifestare delle rotture agli angoli delle piastrelle. Nella posa con malta, le fughe devono essere riempite di malta; nella posa con ghiaia le fughe devono essere riempite di sabbia.
CONSIGLI UTILI EFFLORESCENZE: In alcuni casi possono sorgere temporaneamente le cosiddette efflorescenze. Le efflorescenze tecnicamente sono inevitabili e non rappresentano un difetto piastrella (vedi EN 1339) e non sono motivo di contestazione. Esse scompaiono normalmente dopo un certo periodo grazie agli agenti atmosferici e all’uso. In alcuni gravi casi le efflorescenze possono essere rimosse anche con prodotti specifici, dopo una prova. PULIZIA DELLE PIASTRELLE: Le piastrelle Mariotti sono impregnate. Questo trattamento facilita la pulizia, ma richiede comunque una pulizia regolare. Non usare il pulivapor perché danneggia la superficie della piastrella. Usare prodotti di pulizia in commercio per mattonelle di cemento. SALE ANTIGELO: Non usare sale antigelo poichè danneggia la superficie di piastrelle in cemento. Tra la merce esposta e quella fornita ci può essere una leggera differenza di struttura/colore.
VERSCHIEDENE ANWEISUNGEN Vor der Verlegung muss kontrolliert werden, ob die Platten fehlerfrei sind: spätere Reklamationen können nicht anerkannt werden. UNTERGRUND: Für einen tragfähigen und frostsicheren Untergrund sowie für ausreichendes Gefälle sorgen. Natürlich gelten die landesüblichen Normen für korrekte Verlegung, das heißt es sollte auf Kaolinkies, Stelzlager, Mörtelsäcken und Mörtel verlegt werden. VERLEGUNG - FUGEN Alle Mariotti Außenplatten sind mit gleichmäßigen Fugen von 3-5 mm zu verlegen. Sollte dies nicht eingehalten werden, kann es zu Kalkausblühungen kommen und im Winter können die Platten an den Kanten brechen.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE Dank ihrem Oberflächenschutz sind die Mariotti Außenplatten leicht zu reinigen und zu pflegen. Nur mit klarem Wasser oder/und neutraler Seife reinigen oder im Handel spezifische Betonplattenreiniger besorgen. Keinen Hochdruckreiniger benutzen. Im Winter kein Streusalz benutzen, da dies Betonplatten angreift. Zementausblühungen sind kein Reklamationsgrund und stellen keinen Mangel dar (EN 1339, Paragraf 5.4). Durch Witterungseinflüsse und Benutzung verschwinden sie nach einiger Zeit. In besonders gravierenden Fällen die Terrasse mit Zementschleierentferner reinigen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass zwischen den ausgestellten Produkten und der Lieferung der Ware geringe Farb- und Oberflächenabweichungen nicht auszuschließen sind.
INSTALLATION ADVICES Before installation tiles must be controlled, complains can’t be accepted without control. UNDERGROUND: A layer of cement, at least 8 cm thick, must cover a compact, hard and cold resistant ground. Then tiles must be placed on a 3 cm thick bed of mortar. Please don’t use a too rich mortar and too fine sands. Please give the correct leaning, so that water can flow away and no problems of humidity or stagnation of water may happen. INSTALLATION: A layer of cement, at least 8 cm thick, must cover a compact, hard and cold resistant ground. Then tiles must be placed on a 3 cm thick bed of mortar. Please give the correct leaning Joints / Fuges: All tiles for outdoor use must be installed respecting the norms about the joints / fuges: tiles must be about 3-5 mm one from the other. If this norm is not respected there may be efflorences on the tiles and during the winter they may break. The easiest way of installation is on supports or with plastic crosses, because joints will be maintained automatically.
If tiles are installed on a bed of sand or chips it is necessary to fill the joints with washed and not argillaceous sand (quartz sand). If tiles are installed on a bed of mortar, joints must be filled with cold resistant mortar. OTHER INFORMATION EFFLORESCENCES: Efflorences are not a defect, they are a simple chemical reaction which normally disappears with climatic agents. They are caused by limestone contained in the cement. Please use specific products for cleaning. Before their use, please control on a little area the effect of the cleaner. CLEANING: Even if the tiles undergo to a protective treatment, it’s necessary to clean them regularly. We propose to use commercial cleaners for cement tiles. Particular spots like wine should be cleaned immediately. ANTI-FREEZE SALT: The tiles are principally composed by cement; therefore they can be damaged by use of anti-freeze salt. Mariotti is not responsible for possible damages. Differences of color/structure are possible using natural raw materials.
