The quiet light in which Spirit dwells within you is merely perfect openness, in which nothing is hidden and therefore nothing is fearful. - paraphrased from A Course in Miracles T.14.VI.2.1 We are one already, so get used to It. God is never on the side of sidedness nor divisiveness so it is in our true whole Self nature to seek harmony and cooperation. This means the goal of inner peace as awareness of our wholeness is for all – not just the few. As separate beings we each have a path that seems to end in parted endings i.e. "death do us part". The invitation from our whole Self is always to look instead to the never-ending evidence of continuing life. Life's continuum is often symbolized by the renewing evidence, that each spring season brings. Life springs eternal in whatever form it seems to separately show up in. Despite outward appearances We are equally eternal as Spirit. This continuum is without endings or even new beginning shifts needed to mark Life's Presence. The shifts in global consciousness toward an inclusive understanding of our eternal equality have not been without tumult. The eventuality of a peaceful outcome seems unknown as though unattainable and therefore fearfully hidden. What is hidden from us can seem fearful indeed if it seems out of our control to affect. We need only look within to see the ego's hidden agenda "control dramas" that are now symbolized by the desire to over throw dictatorships. The ego dictates to us not unlike an oppressive dictator

that can fearfully keep us in the dark about our equality. This equality is represented by our whole Self. Our whole Self knows only fearless loving inclusiveness as Spirit. As Spirit we are never in fear since we are never divided from the Whole. Greater freedom from fear occurs with each undoubting recognition of our forever Oneness. I make a note here about the style capitalization I often use. It is creatively inspired by both our nation's historic documents that often capitalized Ideas such as Life, Liberty and Happiness as conceptual ideals and the style of capitalization used in the book A Course in Miracles. Like ACIM the capitalization I use is intended to indicate the inclusiveness of the word's meaning. This meaning is also synonymous with our whole Self that is one with the Whole (i.e. God). As capitalized Ideas they symbolically represent our oneness by whatever Name(s) we choose to label Us with. The book I am writing titled "We the People, Co-creating Inner Peace" (work in progress) uses this style of writing as described in this excerpt from Chapter 1. "There is a reason for each capital letter that appears within a sentence. They are most often used to indicate an inclusive Thought of oneness. The use of Words such as We, Us, Our and All are examples of this. These examples are also intentionally gender free to represent the all-inclusiveness of a genderless Name. The use of capitalized Thoughts may also indicate creative Ideas inspired by a shared creative Source (i.e., God, Divine Mind, Creator, etc.)." (from We The People, Co-creating Inner Peace, Chapter 1) The title of the book and the A Capital Idea play I co-creatively wrote are titled to symbolize this as well. (see playbill for additional examples by clicking here). In summary, We the people in order to formlessly become aware of Our perfect Union need only look within to recognize Ourselves in unity with all there is. This awareness is within each of Us as the One despite outward appearances of our singular separateness as "each other". Let Us rejoice in that awareness despite our seeming differences of opinion on the subject of Our equally shared oneness.

Through the use of inner listening, imaging and heightened sensing through your five senses learn to communicate directly with your higher conscious mind. Description: This introductory class will help you become aware of your inner creative resources and foster peak experiences as a deep inner knowing awareness of your higher Self emerges. As you begin to trust this as a loving awareness of your higher Self within you can achieve greater moment-to-moment self-confidence and develop as a profound

connection to the whole of creation. Description: Peace Nouvella™ is an international educational peacebuilding project that I have been following inner guidance about since 1994. This experiential presentation is co-creatively designed as an introduction to the Peace Nouvella™ comprehensive course of study. Individual and group participation includes lecture, discussion and experiential exercises. The words Peace Nouvella mean "a new peace scripted in the heart, co-authored with God". This co-authorship involves connecting with the highest aspects of your being for personal growth, healing and creative expression. Further in-depth study includes; meditation, inner peacebuilding, intuition and a subtle energy training and a hands healing practice called the Peace Pulse™. It also includes the creative arts for healing through: journaling, art, music, theater and storytelling. Description: Experience a deeper understanding of the inner healing mechanisms we all have. The body's wisdom knows day and night how to maintain health, circulation (air, fluids, solids etc.), heal wounds and create balance our lives. This inner wisdom represents our unconscious mind in partnership with our conscious mind's command to balance our sleeping and waking activities. Multi-sensory exercises combine visualization, inner listening, bio-rhythm and subtle energy awareness with music, art and journaling. The exercises are designed to stimulate and increase the healing power within. Bring a journal or sketchbook, set of colored pencils and dress comfortably.

MEDITATION - Creating More Inner Peace and Health Date/Time: Call for times Cost: $15 per hour session or $50 per month (4 sessions each month) Registration Form: Due one week before each session or 4 week or series. Description: Create more inner peace, health and balance in all areas of your life. Develop an understanding of meditative healing practices as they relate to individual and global healing. These include active mind and still mind forms as well as walking and other forms of moving meditation. Techniques using sound, visualization and journaling are also covered combining music, art and writing to help you integrate meditative practices into your daily life. Learn the benefits of both a personalized practice and a supportive group environment to increase vitality, mental clarity, concentration, creativity, wholeness and harmony.
