Quality control for PE foam for building purposes the members of the PE quality community have fixed a standard for polyethylene foams for building purposes and monitor their production in compliance to this standard Quality requirements for PE foams for building purposes

Following parameters apply for the quality control in compliance to the agreed standard:

our products are quality controlled

· properties The material has to have an equal thickness, density, cell structure throughout the whole roll length. The edges have to be straight and parallel. · raw density required density ± 10% or -2/+2 kg/m³ · width required width ± 5 % or -0/+ 10% · thickness minimum thickness -5% / +15 %, individual thickness -10% / +20 %

· fire behaviour DIN 4102: classified B2
