Local Directions to Cullasaja Park: From downtown Franklin, NC, pick up ‘Highlands Road’ or NC Hwy 28 South towards Highlands, NC (the main intersection on E.Main Street and just over ‘Town Bridge’). Head out the Highlands Road for approx. 0.9 mile to a right onto ‘Fox Ridge Road.’ Continue on this road for 0.2 mile and the entrance to Cullasaja Park.
