Candidates must meet the following requirements: - 4 year degree- Management, business or related field - 5 year front line supervision experience in manufacturing environment - 2 year department/plant leadership experience (production manager, superintendent, plant manager) - Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPS, Six Sigma) - Assembly experience - Welding experience a plus - Proficient email and MS Office user Position is salary plus bonus with paid vacation and 401K.
