Employee Performance Management Software Magic Quadrant for 2011

Employee Performance Management (EPM) Software is facilitates the automation of performance planning and assessments at individual level. A stronger correlation between effort and outcome and it enables managers to see if there are any employees performing below par and who should be offered further training.
