Project Scope & Estimated Costs Project Scope for first phase of the KVLC is 4 floors, each about 2,000 sq. ft. In the second phase plans call for expanding the existing building vertically to 7 floors and horizontally to 4,000 sq. ft. per floor. •
Estimated cost US $80K per floor.

Visions is committing US $158K for two floors.

Additional funding of $162K is required for completion of the project.

Timeline for completion is 2009. The initial stage for development (first 4 floors) will commence in early 2008; floors will be added as funds become available.
