INNOVATION In 2012, Crockett Facilities Services established a LinkedIn site, where it posts articles about facilities maintenance that position the firm as a thought leader in the HVAC industry. The company is active in industry associations to network and expand its presence. An expanded business development team has enabled CFSI to identify and submit more proposals for multiyear, multimillion-dollar government contracts.

COMMUNITY SERVICE Through the use of their software and general consulting, SocialToaster has contributed more than $200,000 in support and usage to organizations throughout Baltimore and the state. The company launched a campaign promotion for Baltimore Child Abuse Center to amplify their social media efforts and increase their reach and share rate to earn votes to win funds to continue serving the community.

COMMUNITY SERVICE CFSI donated $3,000 worth of baby supplies to A Wider Circle. It is an educational and outreach initiative preparing young mothers-to-be for a healthy pregnancy and to develop healthy behaviors to make positive choices to be good parents. To support the troops, CFSI employees assembled care packages, stuffing canvas bags with travel-sized toiletries for servicemen and women overseas.
