A Message from Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger: I am extremely proud of the partnership that our Montgomery County Police Department has developed with our community members. Police service continues to evolve, with advances in technology, improved training and better equipment. But at its core, a police department is only as good as its people and the response they give and the trust that they build with the community they serve. We are gratified that crime in general has decreased in our County over the past several years, though be assured that we’ll continue to identify emerging crime trends in our neighborhoods and target appropriate resources towards them. On behalf of all the men and woman who have accepted the challenge of keeping our County safe - Thank you to the residents of Montgomery County for your support. -Chief Tom Manger
