Mi Rancho Tex Mex Restaurant Mi Rancho is all about families. “We’re owned by family, run by family and loved by families,” said Jose Alvarez, who owns the restaurants with his wife and brother- and sister-in-law. It’s Mi Rancho’s mesquite grill that infuses its dishes with a distinct TexMex flavor. For 23 years, Alvarez and his family have been serving up fajitas, enchiladas, tacos and tamales for lunch and dinner. Beyond the traditional fare are some stellar seafood dishes featuring salmon, rockfish, tilapia, flounder and jumbo shrimp. Chips and salsa are made fresh daily.
