This evening, which brings our community together in support of The Dwight School Foundation, is especially exciting as we are ushering in a new age of educational enlightenment at Dwight. Inspired by the success of Spark Tank, which parents supported wholeheartedly when we introduced our incubator concept at the 2015 Spring Benefit, we are launching a comprehensive program that will equip ALL students with the entrepreneurial skills to prepare them for the jobs of the future. We have seen how much participants have gained from their Spark Tank experience

A Message from the 2018 Spring Benefit Co-Chairs: Tonight’s Spring Benefit — The Dwight School Foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year — is indeed very special, as we are celebrating Chancellor Stephen Spahn and his milestone 50th anniversary at the helm of Dwight. Our community is so fortunate to have this unprecedented continuity of visionary leadership; no other school can say the same. We couldn’t be more delighted to chair this year’s event and pay tribute to the Chancellor’s tireless commitment to innovation in education and passion for igniting the spark of genius in every child. Planning a great event like this takes a village! We want to thank the 45 volunteers who have been working enthusiastically with our team since last fall to design and bring you tonight’s festivities. Their creativity, talent, and time are greatly appreciated. As volunteers ourselves, we share in our community’s dedication to nurture and support Dwight students and teachers in whatever way we can.
