We have been members of Midwest Community FCU since 2008 and it has been a 5 star experience the entire time. We originally joined due to a reference from a close friend and have since continued our financial business because of the great member service, friendly staff and continued advantages of being a member of a credit union. In 2012, we refinanced our mortgage due to a fabulous offer to maintain the mortgage with Midwest Community instead of selling off the loan to a different financial institution, and it was a wonderful experience. Karen Relyea handled everything professionally and made it so easy for us to transition to Midwest. We have since added accounts for our children, most recently a checking account for our teenage daughter. We wanted her to start her finances with a business we knew she could trust. Ellie Adkins took a lot of time explaining the details of the account to our daughter and made sure if she ever had any questions to be sure and ask.
